Refund policy

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible orders. You must initiate your return request within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be completely unopened, unused, with tags intact, and returned in the original, undamaged packaging. Items that appear worn, used, or opened may not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions, and a restocking fee may apply to any return at our sole discretion.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed fulfillment error or product defect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

To begin the return process, contact us at builtbeneath@gmail.com for instructions. Do not send any item back without prior written approval—unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

Approved returns must be sent to the address provided. We are not responsible for lost packages. 


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at builtbeneath@gmail.com with photos and order details. We will evaluate the issue and provide next steps. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Any item that has been opened, worn, or used

  • Sale/clearance items or gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products

  • Custom or personalized orders


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you may return your eligible item and place a new order separately.


EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without needing to provide a reason, as required by law. To qualify, items must be returned unopened and in original condition, and you must contact us in writing within that 14-day period.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund.
